Doing Exercise

Doing Exercise
What is the benefit of doing exercise? Why we need to do exercise? Now a day most of the people don’t want to do exercise. The effect of highly developed in technology people rarely use their leisure time in exercise and also in social. Now a day most of the task can do with online by using computer in one place without need to walk or go to the place for doing the task. It is good in one side it can save our time but in one side the most things done by like that made most of the people lazy to go out and it is the starting point of failing down in social skill. It is the problem to get depression. By doing exercise we can get lot of benefit and also social skill.
First it helps strengthen our heart. Exercises benefit the circulation of our blood through heart and blood vessels. It made our heart work harder, pump more blood, and reduce the risk of developing heart disease. With each beat of the heart, a surge of blood is pumped into the body’s intricate web or blood vessels. The pressure exerted the artery walls as blood passes through helps keep the blood flowing smoothly.
Second it maintains strong bones and muscles. Most of us have tried doing push-ups, weight lifting in some form, or repeatedly used our muscles to counter some kind of resistance. These are called resistance exercises which the experts believe could strengthen our muscles; preserve bone mass, increase bone density. Regular resistance training can help prevent the bone-weakening disease, osteoporosis. Walking and jogging are also important activities that bear our body's weight and help build strong muscles and bones. Other resistance workout includes pull-ups, running, biking, and rowing.
Third it helps manage our weight. Our body needs a certain amount of calories every day just to function. If we eat more calories than our body needs, it may be stored as excess fat. Exercising helps us achieve or maintain a healthy weight by utilizing and burning the extra calories. And if we exercise, our body works harder and needs more fuel. Even after we stop exercising, our body continues to burn calories at a modestly increased rate for a few hours. The more intensely we work out, the more calories we burn. By burning more calories than we take in, we can reduce body fat, giving us a healthier body composition. Losing body fat can make us look and feel better and can reduce our risk of obesity.
Forth it induces quality sleep at night. People who have problems sleeping find doing moderate exercise at least three hours before bedtime help in relaxing and sleeping better at night.
Fifth it put us in a better mood. We all know that it definitely feels good to have a strong, flexible body that can do all the activities we enjoy and be able to move our arms and legs flexibly without feeling tightness or pain.
Doing exercise can tests our physical skill, intelligence and imagination, character and fitness. It is good for health so people should do exercise to get their happy and healthy life.

HOUSE

House music is one of the most popular forms of electronic music around the world.
House music is a fusion of different kind music like Disco and R&B. It came from disco music. House music is a genre mostly played in clubs. It is a kind of up tempo music that is good for dancing with 118 to 135 bpm. The early years of house music
slower tempo. The common element of house music is a prominent kick drum on every beat usually generated by drum machine or sampler. Some people assumed it is not very good for a person’s health because of the relationship between the rhythm and the speed of the heart’s beat; in fact it's actually quite dangerous.

The first time I knew house music was at the “End Up Club” with three of my friends. It was on Thursday in August. At first we were in City Night Club that was the hip hop club. We stayed at City Night Club, but none of us like the music that they played. We decided to go to another club. End up is near City Night so we moved to that club. When we arrived to at that club, we felt so happy because of the music. The music was house music. The rhythm was so fast and that time one young white guy brought his own drum and played on the stage too. His drum beat really matched the house music .The club dancing stage was not too large. At that time, there were only a few people dancing on the stage. All of them were dancing in their own dancing styles. When I heard the music, my body followed the music beat. My head started shaking without actually knowing what I was doing. At first, I didn’t want to go and dance on the stage. I was sitting on chair, looking at other people dancing and listening to music. After about thirty minutes, I went to the dance floor and started to dance.

When I started dancing, I didn’t have any thoughts in my mind. I only heard the music and it was pulling my mind away. I couldn’t think of anything. My mind was following to the music and my body was also dancing without my control. I felt like the music alone was controlling all my movements . My heart was beating so fast and it matched with the beat of the music. When the music was fast and high, I was also dancing so fast and my heart beat so fast. When the music was slow, my movement became slow. Even when I felt so tired, I could not stop dancing. It really made my stress and worry go away and I felt so happy. I became interested in house music because of its dancing style. I started to find out how to dance and looked for online dance videos. I also read the house dancing forum. In one forum, one user said, “to learn how to dance, you must dedicate yourself and practice whenever you can.”. I also learned from people at the club by watching their styles and moves;, it gave me some ideas and ways to go into different moves. In this dancing style, the hardest and most important thing is footwork, including the foot position and action. For me,footwork is the most difficult to learn. Everyone has their own style and their own footwork. It is also depends on the kind of music and its beat.
After I learned all of these things, it made connected me more connectible with the people in the clubs. Last time, I went to the “1015 Club” and it had four dancing places with different music. The main stage was techno music and the other stages were hip hop and jungle. At that time, I found out that the lighting is also the key that is controlling the people. That time the music also controlling controlled my mind and I didn’t know how the time passed. I just only heard the music. I didn’t even know the time. I started noticing the time when the club was closed. It was arrived to the 5.00 am. In the club, some of the young people formed a group and danced one by one to show their ability. It was really fun to dance like that. We can learn from each other. All the people in the group welcomed us to participate with them.

The house music makes me more connectible with people. I feel happy not only I found out what I like but also it makes me to forget all my stress and tension. I found out that it serves me as not just a single entertainment but something that I can explore and study more. Everyone has a unique thinking style and hobbies. My thinking on house music will not be the same as anyone else. However, this is one of the unique qualities of house music because it can accept everyone's ideas and styles. I like the sense of being free unlimited and boundless lifestyle and that
house music fits perfectly. That’s why house music became my favorite kind of music. I can say that the House Music is an endless journey for me to explore in the future.

The Meaningful Day for Burmese People

The Thingyan Water Festival is one of the most famous festival in Myanmar, the words Thingyan means changing from old year to New Year. It is falls around mid-April of every year. During the Thingyan Festival, Burmese people celebrate it by pouring water to each other. Therefore, it is also known as the Water Festival. The purpose is to wash away all the sins from the previous year and providing a spiritual renewal, a purify spirit, and ready to welcome the New Year. It is important day for all Burmese. Thingyan Water Festival celebrates for three to four day and it is the longest holiday among all other holiday, about ten to fifteen days long to celebrate the festival. Thingyan Festival is one of my favorite festivals because it gives me not only happiness and excitement but also give a religious practice to me and to all Burmese people.
During the Thingyan Festival several organization, government departments and student associations sponsor the Water Throwing Stages (WTC). WTC are built by the side of the road and throw water from the stages. Stages have three to four level for water throwing, dancing and DJ. Some people are throwing water from the stages, some are dancing on the stages, and some are using vehicles to visit all these stages to get soaked. In my home country, Yangon the street Inya is the most crowed in stages, vehicles and people. I used to go to the stages on every Water Festival with my friends in the first day of Water Festival. On the second day I visit to all the stages in the city with vehicle. Water was throwing form 9 am to 6 pm.
During the Water Festival some people go to the monasteries and monk hood for all this holiday to made good things. Some people gather in a place to make foods and offer to the people who passed by during the Water Festival. Some people go to vacation in this long holiday. In my opinion going vacation in Water Festival is not a good idea because all places are celebrating Water Festival you will get wet along the journey. But some people like going vacation during Water Festival.

After playing of water for 3 to 4 days in Water Festival, it is follow by the New Year Festival. On the New Year day, everybody dress up and go to the Burmese monasteries and pagodas to do good things and prays for the New Year. Some offered free foods and drinks for everyone who visited the monasteries and pagodas and some made donations to the pagodas. In the New Year day young people do good things for the senior peoples like washing hair, cutting nail, donate and take care. And also release fish to the lakes
Thingyan Festival is one of my favorite festivals in my life and I wish I can participate Thingan Festival in my country in every Apirl. Play in the stage during Water Fesitival and in New Year day made donation and help senior people.
